We design and deliver modular classrooms, early learning spaces, administration blocks, libraries, STEM labs, specialist learning areas, ablution blocks, staff facilities and student amenities. Buildings can be supplied as single rooms, connected blocks or full learning precincts, depending on your enrolments and site.

Yes. One of the advantages of modular construction is minimal on-site time. The bulk of the work is completed off-site, and final installation is carefully scheduled around bell times, exams and school events, with clear separation between construction zones and student areas to maintain safety and minimise noise.

Our modular buildings are ideal for changing enrolments. Modules can be reconfigured, expanded or relocated to different areas of your campus—or to another site—if your needs change, helping schools maximise value from their capital investment over time.

Education buildings are specified with high-performance insulation, acoustic ceiling systems, quality windows and door seals to reduce external noise and improve speech clarity. Heating and cooling systems are sized for classroom use so students and staff can teach and learn comfortably throughout the year.
